Employee Handbook

An Employee Handbook clearly sets out the policies and procedures  and standards your company has as well as providing useful information about your business.  You are required by law to have certain policies and procedures in place such Health & Safety, but it is useful to have policies around behaviour, performance sickness, absence and holiday so everyone is clear on how these are managed.
