Honestly, most people with just one or two employees don’t think about this stuff—but here’s the thing: even one team member deserves to feel valued and have clear guidelines. 🦉How do the free updates work?
 

Buy before the end of 2024, and I’ll make sure all the legal updates  are made to your documents for free in 2025 and 2026. You’ll stay compliant without having to worry about it.

 

🦉Why are you offering free updates for 2025 and 2026?
 

The Employment Rights Bill is bringing in big changes, but many won’t kick in until at least April 2025. I don’t believe in charging for half a job so whilst you need the Contract and Handbook now they are likely to need updates in the next 2 years. The free updates cover legal changes only. If you want to make tweaks to your policies or want something else added, I can help with that too—but will cost extra.

🦉How long will the project take?

 

  1. We will have a call to confirm what you need and your current HR setup

  2. I’ll send you a key details form to complete , a contract for services plus the invoice

  3. Once I’ve got your completed key details form and received payment, I’ll draft your contract (which takes approximately 2 weeks).

  4. Next up is the handbook and policies (which takes approximately 5 weeks).

  5. Finally, it’s over to you. I will send everything to you to review and after any tweaks have been made its ready for you to roll out.
