your all of your HR needs without having to hire a permanent employee.

 

The retained service allows you to work with me on a monthly basis, for a fixed fee, working on your specific needs that month.

How much does it cost?​

 

Your retainer package is created with your company needs in mind. If you choose this service, I will help you to identify the total number of hours of support you’ll need each month, which we’ll then translate into a fixed monthly consultancy fee. 

​

Any additional time you require over and above what is covered in the monthly consultancy and any extra work that is not covered within your agreed package, then extra consultancy hours  can easily be purchased for at an additional cost.

What is included?​

By working on a retained basis, you decide how many hours of support you need each month and in return I will provide you with virtual or *in person HR support.  This can include:

 

• Initial Company Handbook review 

• A full Employment Contract review

• Expert Employment Law advice and support on all employee issues 

• Access to HR policy templates with the ability to personalise for your company

• An update of your current templates 

• An ongoing review of company compliance with current HR legislation, updating when necessary, for the duration of your HR contract. 

• HR Admin Support

• Management and Implementation of HR projects  (excluding training delivery and Employee Sponsorship applications)
